Application
Above the frame a 40mm thick foam lining in the lid holds the components in position during soldering. The whole device is turned 180°, the lid handle acting as a tilting support. Retaining steel springs can be attached to the rails by screws, allowing the removal and insertion of boards at will after initial location of the rails. The lid is removable to facilitate populating the board.
