SOUND LIMTER AND CONTACT BREAK

Simple to install and operate, this system automatically limits the sound output in places of public entertainment, avoiding costly prosecutions and closures. The unit is fitted with an internal 40A 4 pole circuit breaker and has a remote microphone unit supplied that fits any standard BS1363 backing box (85mm square). The unit continuously monitors the sound level ad displays a green LED under normal running conditions, An amber LED is lit when sound levels reach 6db below the threshold you set. At 3db below the threshold a red LED will light. If the sound level crosses the threshold the red LED will flash and the contactor will switch off. After the \"off time\" has elapsed the contactor will switch on again.
